The Honey Creek Watershed Location: Western Ohio Size: 143 square miles Land Use: 77% agriculture, 10% urban, 12% forest, 1% water Major Streams: Great Miami River, Honey Creek, East and West Forks Honey Creek, Indian Creek, Pleasant Run Population Centers: North Dayton, Vandalia, Huber Heights, Tipp City, New Carlisle, and Christiansburg Counties: Montgomery, Miami, Clark, and Champaign Priorities: 1) Protection of the groundwater aquifer, 2) reduction of bacteria and nutrients from failing home septic systems, and 3) provide education to landowners on best management practices and conservation programs.

Our next meeting is on February 12 3:00-4:30pm!
now has a new Board Meeting time! Our monthly meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 3:00-4:30pm. The meetings are held at 8787 Sullivan Road. Tipp City, Ohio 45371.
